When is IMEX America 2025?

IMEX kicks off with a day of free education at Smart Monday powered by MPI on October 6. Trade show opening times are below.

Show opening times at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas

Attendees: Doors are open to attendees from 9:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday October 7 and Wednesday October 8 and 9:30am to 4pm on Thursday October 9.

Exhibitors: Exhibitors have access to the exhibit hall from 7am on Tuesday October 7 and 8am on Wednesday October 8 and Thursday October 9.

To alleviate crowding we ask that exhibitors arrive before 9am.
