What does it mean to be an admin for the profile?
As an admin, you’ll be able to edit your company profile, add team members and booth partners as well as manage schedules for your team.
How do I add team members and additional attendees?
Sign in to your IMEX account. Select Booth Management, where you have the option to add team members and booth partners.
How can I change my registration details or cancel a team member?
Email sales@imexevents.com if you need to cancel a registration or change any details.
How do I block/deactivate a meeting schedule?
You can block time by clicking My Schedule. As an admin, you can also do this for your team members in the team schedule.
How do I arrange meetings?
Meetings are booked by buyers. They’ll find you in our exhibitor directory, so make sure your profile stands out!
Can I share my profile with buyers?
Yes, you can copy and paste your URL under Profile Preview to share either your individual or company profile with buyers.
Can I message multiple buyers at the same time?
No, messages can only be sent to individuals. This allows you to personalize your messages.
How do I reassign a meeting?
Sign in to your company profile and go to your team schedule. Click the meeting and select Reassign Meeting.
How can I download my schedule?
Download your schedule under My Schedule. You can also sync the schedule with your Outlook calendar.
How do I get my Leads?
During and after the show, you’ll have the option to download your leads under your personal or company profile.
