IMEX Information Counter

The following areas don't have an accessible counter, however, are open and can be accessed from the side:

The Hosted Buyer Lounge
Show Management Office
The Inspiration Hub

Exhibit Hall

The minimum aisle width in the hall is eight feet.

Exhibition booths with a raised floor of up to three inches will require an area with a bevelled edge or a ramp. For floors above three inches, only a ramp will be accepted. The minimum width for the bevelled area or the ramp is 36 inches.

We encourage booth builders to consider accessibility when designing the layout of their booth and furniture, however we do not audit this. Please ask the exhibitor for help if you require adjustments.

The catering outlets on the show floor are not wheelchair accessible height and some are self-service. If you’d like assistance with ordering your meal, please go to the IMEX Information Counter located by the main show entrance (#C4110)

There are alternative catering options outside of the show floor.

Education areas

All IMEX Inspiration Hub education theaters are wheelchair accessible. There’s a ramp to the stage in the Ideas Theater. The other theaters do not have a raised stage. There’s a mixture of seating available, including stools and chairs with backs. If you have specific seating needs, please speak to the staff at the Inspiration Hub Welcome Desk.

We offer audience headphones for most of our sessions to help reduce background noise.

Translation and transcription

Real-time language translation and audio transcription from Wordly.ai is available for most sessions taking place in the Inspiration Hub. Instructions on how to use Wordly.ai on your device will be available at the sessions. Please use the earphones for your device to listen to the audio translation. You can also access the session’s audio transcription.
