Booth (Stand) Partners

Booth partners are those companies sharing your booth. Exhibitors can share their booth with as many booth partners as they wish at no extra cost. However, as a guideline we would strongly recommend a maximum of three exhibiting companies per 100 sq ft booth with one representative from each company (i.e. a total of three people sharing the booth).  This is to allow sufficient space for each booth partner to hold individual pre-scheduled appointments within the booth.  Please note all pre-scheduled appointments must take place on your booth.

To assist with all co-ordination, IMEX America provides an online registration system via the website. Once booth partners have been registered, they will be contacted directly by IMEX America to provide their own information for catalog entry, webpage and badge.

Booth Staff/Registration Fees

There are no registration fees for additional staff to assist in manning your booth.  We recommend that exhibitors plan their booths carefully so that there is sufficient space for each staff member to hold sit-down meetings on the booth.  As a guideline we would strongly recommend a maximum of three exhibiting companies per 100 sq ft booth with one representative from each company (i.e. a total of three people sharing the booth).  This is to allow sufficient space for each booth partner to have individual pre-scheduled appointments within the booth,  Please note all pre-scheduled appointments must take place on your booth.
