Association Focus will be a special event presented as part of Smart Monday on October 14, with dedicated education from ASAE, ICCA and PCMA for Association Executives only. (Suppliers do not attend these sessions.)

Association Evening is the unofficial opening party at IMEX America - exclusively for you to meet with the industry’s top suppliers.

How to Attend

Entry to IMEX America Association Focus is free of charge and is open only to association meeting planners. Buyers are invited to attend either as part of the hosted buyer program or independently as buyer attendees. Entry to the Association Focus & Evening program is by registration only. Registration is free of charge.

Hosted buyer program: Association Executives who organize meetings internationally may qualify for the hosted buyer program and attend IMEX as guests of the organizers. More about the hosted buyer program and whether you qualify.

Buyer Attendees: Association Executives who wish to attend Association Focus as attendees are welcome to do so. Attendees must register separately for Association Focus. Check out the Buyer Attendee Benefits here.

Association Evening         

                                                           

Association Focus is followed by the highly sociable Association Evening networking dinner – bringing friends and exhibitors together to meet old friends and make new contacts.

Buyers registered for Association Focus have been automatically registered for Association Evening. Association buyers not attending Association Focus, who would like to join the evening function should contact Natasha Richards natasha.richards@imexexhibitions.com

The evening function is also open to exhibitors who are members of one of the organizing associations (see below logos). Due to the popularity of the event, a maximum of two people per company may register. Registration is free of charge and will be available via the ICCA website from August 2013. Please contact your association for further information. MPI sponsors will also be able to obtain a limited number of tickets per organization. Please contact MPI for more information.
