Hotel accommodation can be booked in a variety of hotels around Las Vegas, including the headquarters hotel - The Venetian and The Palazzo.

 

The Venetian® and The Palazzo®, Las Vegas

 

The Venetian/ Palazzo is the stunning headquarters hotel for IMEX America and is adjacent to and connected to the Sands Expo where the trade show takes place.

Suppliers:

A SPECIAL EARLY BIRD RATE of $209 per room, per night, plus $20 resort fee* is now available.

This rate is available until August 9 2013, or until the room block is complete. Booking early is advised.

STANDARD RATE: $239 per room, per night, plus $20 resort fee*

This rate is available until the cut-off date of September 17 2013, or until the room block is complete.

*Resort fee is $20 per night and includes unlimited local and toll free calls, unlimited in-suite internet access, free boarding pass printing, 1 free coffee or tea at Café Presse, a daily newspaper per suite from Hotel’s designated retail stores, access to Canyon Ranch fitness center for two (2) adults, and a 2 for 1 drink at any Venetian/ Palazzo owned bar.

  • Early bird supplier rates ($209) are valid on the peak dates of October 11 – 17 2013 (subject to availability)
  • Standard supplier rates of $239 are valid from 9 - 20 October 2013 (subject to availability)
  • Buyer Attendee and Press rates of $149 are valid from October 10 - 20, 2013 (subject to availability)
  • Cancellation policy: individual room reservations – 72 hours. Group bookings will be subject to separately negotiated cancellation terms (approx 21 – 30 days).

Important Notes

  
  • Suppliers are advised to book with a credit card. On booking, the first night’s accommodation a charge will be debited from the credit card.
  • All rooms at the Venetian/ Palazzo are suites.
  • Rates are valid for up to 2 pax per room. (A surcharge of $35 per night will be charged for each additional person over 12 years of age).
  • Rates are subject to governmental taxes at the time of occupancy (currently 12% Nevada Hotel Occupancy tax).
A kind note about calling the hotel "just to be sure"

Please do not call the hotel "to be sure" until after 09/20/2013. Please understand that processing your reservations from the Housing Bureau into the Hotel system will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation number already from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking. Thank you for your consideration.
